Investigation requests (IRs)

Investigation requests (IR) are business processes that describe a problem with a product. They initiate the change process and promote discussions within the organization or with partners, to help determine the impact of a change and the best possible solution.

To find the list of IRs in a project:

1. Open the desired project.
2. Open the Business processes () section of the project.
3. Click the Investigation requests tab.
