Browsers and Operating Systems for Upchain Web

Upchain Web runs in the Google Chrome browser. Other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge may be used, however we do not actively test Upchain Web with these browsers. Autodesk does not fix issues related to Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and beta or dev versions of browsers.

Upchain CAD Plugin: Supported CAD software

Upchain plugins run on Microsoft Windows 11 (Intel and AMD only) and Mac OS X 10.10+. Autodesk supports the CAD and Generic plugin for use with the CAD systems noted in the following table. You may continue to use an older version of a CAD application but any reported issues will not be resolved.
