Browsers and Operating Systems for Upchain Web

Upchain Web runs primarily in the Google Chrome browser on Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (Intel and AMD only) and Mac OS X 10.10+.

Other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge may be used however we do not actively test Upchain Web with these browsers.

Autodesk does not fix bugs related to Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and beta or dev versions of browsers.

Upchain CAD Plugin: Supported CAD software

Autodesk supports the CAD and Generic plugin for use with the CAD systems noted in the following table. You may continue to use an older version of a CAD application but any reported issues will not be resolved.

All CAD plugins are supported on Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 (Intel and AMD).

¹Upchain for AutoCAD only supports managing drawing files and not BOM management.

²Upchain for Inventor is only compatible with the latest Vault Add-In for Inventor. For all other versions, please disable the Vault and EDM Add-Ins before using Upchain.

Office Plugin: Supported Microsoft Office versions

Upchain supports the desktop Office applications on Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 (Intel and AMD) listed in this table.
