Manage activity documents
Attach local documents to an activity
Select the activity you want to add a document to.
The activity detail view opens.
Open the Documents
tab.
Click Add.
Select Local document.
Locate and select the document you want to add.
Click Open.
The document is added to the activity and is viewable in the documents tab.
Attach Upchain documents to an activity
Select the activity you want to add a document to.
The activity detail view opens.
Open the Documents
tab.
Click Add.
Select Upchain documents.
Click the checkbox next the documents you want to add.
Click Add.
The document is added to the activity and is viewable in the documents tab.
Download an attached document
Select the activity from which you want to download a document.
The activity detail view opens.
Open the Documents
tab.
Beside the document you want to download, click more actions (
) and select Download.
Select a location on your computer to save the document to, then click Save.
The document is downloaded to your computer.
Edit an attached document
Select the activity from which you want to edit a document.
The activity detail view opens.
Open the Documents
tab.
Beside the document you want to edit, click more actions (
) and select Check out.
Select a location on your computer to save the document to, then click Save.
The document is downloaded to your computer. A lock is placed beside the document to indicate it is locked to you for editing. Make any required changes to the document and save it locally.
To save your changes into Upchain, click more actions (
) and select Check in.
The document is uploaded into Upchain and its version number is incremented by one. The lock is removed from the document.

Delete an attached documents
Select the activity from which you want to delete a document.
The activity detail view opens.
Open the Documents
tab.
Beside the document you want to download, click more actions (
) and select Delete.
The document is removed from your activity.
