Share Vault Data

Data in the Vault can be shared in the following ways:

• Share a view. Securely view and comment on the read-only version of the model or design through a web browser. Customers and other stakeholders do not need the Autodesk product. Currently, only Inventor and AutoCAD files are supported.

  Note: This feature applies to Autodesk Vault Professional.

• Hyperlink to a file. Capture the hyperlink for a specific file in the Vault and paste the hyperlink into emails or a document.

• Pack and go. Collects a file and all of its referenced files into a single package.

• Export Thin Client Link in Excel. Install Thin Client to capture the hyperlink for a specific entity in the Vault.
