Export a Library

Export a library to share the contents with other sites or divisions.

When a library is exported, a copy of the library is made in a local folder. The exported library can then be imported to another Autodesk data management server.

Access the server console:

• On the local machine if the Content Center libraries are installed locally.
• On the remote server if the Content Center libraries are being hosted by a remote server.

1. In the navigation pane, expand the Libraries folder.
2. In the Libraries folder, right-click the library to export and then select Export.
3. In the Browse for Folder dialog, select the target location to which the library will be exported.
4. Click OK.
5. A message is displayed stating that library was exported successfully. Click OK.
