Access the Vault Client

Use the Vault Client to browse the complete structure of a vault, add files to a vault, and perform other file-based operations, depending on your level of permission. Vault Professional users can also manage items and change orders.

Administrators can configure revision schemes, numbering schemes, define lifecycle behavior, and perform other administrative tasks in the Vault client. The features available for administration depend on which Vault edition you are using.

Go to Start > Program Files > Autodesk > Autodesk Data Management > Autodesk Vault [edition] [year]

where,

• edition is the level of Autodesk Vault that you are using.
• year is the product release year.
