Select Files and Folders for Scheduled Replication

Select which Vault folders and files are replicated at subscriber sites during scheduled replication.

Rules for Replicating Files and Folders

• Only the selected folders and files are replicated during scheduled replication.

• On-demand replication still sends folder and files to the designated subscriber site regardless of whether they are scheduled for replication.

• All meta-data are replicated at subscriber sites regardless of whether the files containing the associated metadata are scheduled for replication.

  Tip: Limit visibility of files and meta-data at subscriber sites by applying appropriate security to the folders and files.

Replicate Files and Folders

1. Open the Autodesk Data Management Server Console.
2. In the navigation pane select the Vault workgroup for which you want to replicate folders and files.
3. In the right pane, right-click the vault and select Replicated Folders.
4. By default all folders are checked. Uncheck any folders which do not need to be scheduled for replication. Check folders which need to be replicated per the schedule.

Right click to check all, uncheck all, expand all, or collapse all.
