The Items Tab

The Items List

The items list organizes all items in the vault. By default, the item list is sorted by item number in ascending order. Select the Sort icon to change sorting parameters.

The Sort Icon

The Sort icon controls how items are displayed in the items list. Tap the icon to view the following options:

• Sorting category
• Ascending or Descending toggle
• Search entire Vault
• Search file content

The Search Bar

The search bar performs simple searches in the current tab. Search in the Items tab to find items.

The Search Options Icon

The Search Options icon displays other search methods. Tap the icon to select from the following searches:

Item Details

Select an item to display its item details.

Item details contain a summary of the item, actions, and data. Actions include updating an item's lifecycle state and others viewed by selecting the More icon . The following tabs track data related to the item, displayed at the top of the item details screen:

• Properties
• History
• Attachments
• Bill of Materials

Phones and similar mobile devices display item details as a separate screen. Tablets and other larger mobile devices display item details as a panel to the side of the items list.

The More Icon

Selecting the More icon displays a list of actions. The Items tab contains two separate more icons: one at the top of the items list and one in item details .
