The Project Explorer tab displays the files and folders in the vault.
The Folder Tree
The folder tree organizes files and folders in a hierarchy. Select a folder to display its contents. The name of the current folder displays at the top of the folder tree. The root folder, titled VAULT, is the first folder displayed. When viewing a nested folder, select the back arrow < in the upper left corner to return to the parent folder.
The Sort Icon
The Sort icon
controls how files and folders are displayed in the folder tree. Tap the icon to view each of the following options:
- Table view or Thumbnails view toggle
- Sorting category
- Ascending or Descending toggle
- Search entire Vault
- Search in subfolders
- Search file content
The Search Bar
The search bar performs simple searches in the current tab. Search in the Project Explorer tab to find files, folders, and content centers.
The Search Options Icon
The Search Options icon
displays other search methods. Tap the icon to select from the following searches:
File Details
Select a file to display its file details.
File details contain a summary of the file, actions, and data. Actions include viewing, updating a file's lifecycle state, and others viewed by selecting the More icon
. The following tabs track data related to the file, displayed at the top of the file details screen:
- Properties
- History
- Uses
- Where Used
- Attachments
Phones and similar mobile devices display file details as a separate screen. Tablets and other larger mobile devices display file details as a panel to the side of the folder tree.
The More Icon
Select the More icon to display a list of actions. The Project Explorer tab contains two separate more icons: one at the top of the folder tree
and one in file details
