About the Autodesk® Validation Tool
Overview
With the Autodesk® Validation Tool (AVT), you can take advantage of virtually infinite computing power in the cloud to quickly analyze your Revit models for best practices, project standards or digital delivery requirements. By signing into your Autodesk account, you can analyze any of the Revit models hosted on your BIM360 Docs or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platforms. Launched on May 7, 2024, you can use AVT to keep your models performing well and meeting digital delivery standards. AVT uses the Autodesk Platform Services Design Automation Service for Revit and runs as a pay-per-result service to check Autodesk Revit models that reside on Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Docs.
Costs
AVT is a pay by result tool that consumes tokens from your existing Autodesk Flex, Token Flex, or Cloud Credit contract. To learn more about AVT token consumption in Flex, visit the AVT FAQ page. To learn more about purchasing Flex tokens, visit the Autodesk Flex page.
Availability
AVT can access your RVT files across all current Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Docs geographies. This includes the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, India, Japan, and Australia. For more information, visit the Autodesk Regional Offerings FAQ page.
