Assign the Workflow Advisory subscription to users
Assign the Workflow Advisory subscription to users in Autodesk Manage so they can sign in to Workflow Advisory and download or launch tools.
Before you begin
- You must be an account administrator with permission to manage products and services in Autodesk Manage.
Steps
- Sign in to manage.autodesk.com.
- Go to User management > By product.
- Select your team, if prompted.
- Select Workflow Advisory. The list of users currently assigned to the subscription shows.
- Select Assign users.
- Enter each user's name and email address.
- Select Assign all items, then select Assign.

Expected result
Assigned users can sign in to Workflow Advisory, open Web Based or Downloadable Tools without an access message, and—for downloadable tools—select Get on the Marketplace without a greyed-out button.
