Priority Resolution Program
The Priority Resolution Program is Workflow Advisory's structured process for customers to provide input into how Tools evolve. Authorized users can submit ideas, defect reports, and enhancement requests, and upvoting helps surface requests across the customer base. Autodesk evaluates submissions and manages which requests proceed through the Priority Resolution process.
All feedback is collected through feedback.autodesk.com, powered by Centercode. Submissions are anonymized before publication so that every customer's input is evaluated on merit, not identity.
How the process works
1 — You submit feedback. Select Share Feedback inside any Workflow Advisory tool. The context-aware form captures your issue or request and routes it to the Autodesk team. No account setup is required. Your portal account is created automatically when you submit.
2 — Autodesk validates and anonymizes your submission. The Autodesk team reviews your submission for completeness, removes all identifying information (your name, company, and any proprietary references), and tags it by tool, issue type, and category before it is published.
3 — Your submission is opened for community review. Once anonymized, your item appears on the public Workflow Advisory feedback board at feedback.autodesk.com, visible to all customers.
4 — Resolution Managers review and upvote. Designated Resolution Managers, named customer representatives with elevated access, review the board and cast upvotes on the items that matter most to their organization.
5 — Autodesk finalizes the priority queue. The Autodesk team analyzes the upvote rankings and selects items to proceed for the next Priority Resolutions cycle. When status moves to Team review, the current review period closes and rankings are finalized for that cycle.
6 — The sprint team addresses prioritized items. A dedicated Priority Resolution sprint team may implement and quality test selected items. When a change ships, you may receive a notification and the item status updates to Released.
Customer input helps inform prioritization. It does not guarantee a specific fix, enhancement, roadmap commitment, or delivery date.
