Autodesk Software and Product Dependencies
Product dependencies are Autodesk products, subscriptions, or services your organization must have before you can use a specific Workflow Advisory tool. User access summarizes who can launch a tool and any elevated roles or installation privileges required.
Use this reference to confirm entitlements and access levels during planning. For detailed requirements, user access, and installation privileges, follow the System Requirements links in the Details column.
Universal requirements
All Workflow Advisory users need:
- A valid Autodesk account
- The Workflow Advisory subscription assigned in Autodesk Manage. See Assign the Workflow Advisory subscription to users.
Web Based Tools — shared requirements
All Web Based Tools also require:
- A Forma Data Management subscription
- Account administrator completion of Set up Web Based Tools (service account, Forma custom integration, and project indexing)
Individual Web Based Tools may require additional Forma project roles. See the User access column and each tool's System Requirements topic.
