Prioritize feature requests

As a Resolution Manager, you represent your organization's priorities on the Workflow Advisory shared feedback board. Your upvotes carry significantly more weight than general community signals when the Autodesk team calculates the sprint queue, helping inform what the sprint team may address in upcoming cycles. For a full overview of the process, see Priority Resolution Program.

Before you begin

The Resolution Manager role is assigned by a WA Admin. Contact your Workflow Advisory account team to be designated. Once assigned, your account on feedback.autodesk.com displays the upvote feature on all published feedback items.

Steps

  1. Sign in to feedback.autodesk.com.
  2. Navigate to the Workflow Advisory feedback area.
  3. Open a feedback item with status Open for discussion.
  4. Select Upvote.

Your upvote is recorded and factored into the overall ranking. You can upvote multiple items. Upvote everything your organization considers high priority, not just your top one.

Note: The upvote feature is only visible to accounts with the Resolution Manager role. Other users cannot upvote.

How priority is determined

After the feedback board review period closes:

  • The Autodesk team analyzes the upvote rankings across all Resolution Managers.
  • The status is set to Team review, which finalizes rankings for the current review period.
  • Selected top-ranked items may proceed to the next Priority Resolutions cycle.
  • You may be notified when an item you upvoted is scheduled or released.
