How to: Locate Your Meta Email

Whether you're accessing Meta from a web browser or a headset, finding your Meta email is easy. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to locate your Meta email in both scenarios.

Accessing Your Meta Email on the Web

1. Open your web browser and head to www.meta.com.
2. If you're already logged in, you will see your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click on it.
3. A new menu will appear. From here, click on "Accounts Center" which is located on the left side.
4. In the Accounts Center, look for "Personal details" on the left side and click on it.
5. Under the "Contact info" section, you'll find your Meta email. This is the email address connected with your Meta account.

Accessing Your Meta Email in a Headset

1. Look at the lower left side of your screen and click on "Quick Settings". This button displays the current time, wifi status, and battery level.
2. In the Quick Settings menu, locate and click on the "Settings" button, which is placed in the top right corner.
3. Once you're in the Settings menu, click on "Meta - Accounts Center".
4. Similar to the web version, click on "Personal Details" which is on the left side.
5. Finally, under the "Contact info" section, you'll find your Meta email. This is the email associated with your Meta headset account.
