How To: Invite People to Your Workshop

Design reviews are always more enjoyable and fruitful when you're not doing them alone, right? In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps of inviting others to join your Workshop XR projects. Let's dive in and learn how to make your design journey more collaborative and fun!
Any Project Member from your ACC project can be added to your workshop so that you can meet in XR together.
- In the Workshop XR web app, select any workshop to open its details panel. First, click the vertical 3 dots next to the name of the Workshop you are adding members to.
- Select Permissions Settings.
- Here a details panel will open up. You will be able to see who is already added and what their permissions are. Simply click the “+ Add” button.
- In the pop-up, you will be able to search for anyone within your project to this specific Workshop, or add an email. This is also where you can select the member’s permission level.
- Click Add.
- You can select their permission level to your workshop:

Please note: The ability to create, edit, and manage issue data within any workshop is dictated by a user's Issue Permissions in ACC, and not on their permission level within the workshop. Learn more about ACC Issue Permissions here.
