How to Gather All Users to Your Location in Autodesk Workshop XR
When you're immersed in Workshop XR, you might have multiple people wandering around the model on their own. To streamline your design review process, you can easily bring everyone together to your current location using the 'People' tool.
Here's how:
This functionality is tied to permissions and roles in Workshop XR. People must be added to a project as an XR Admin to have the ability to gather all. Please see our Permissions article for more information.
Locate the Core Menu:
Begin by finding the Core Menu. This is conveniently located near the bottom of your field of view.
Select People Tab:
Next, look for the 'People' tab, which is situated near the middle of the Core Menu.
Open the People Menu:
Upon clicking the People tab, the Console will open the People menu. Here, you'll see a list of all the users currently participating in the workshop.
Gather All Users:
Finally, click on the 'Gather All' button. This will magically transport all users in the workshop to your current location!
And voila! You've successfully gathered everyone in the same space. Now, you can carry on with your design review process more efficiently.
