How to Create an Issue

Hello, Autodesk users! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to create an issue in Autodesk Workshop XR in your VR headset. Don't worry, we've made sure it's an easy-to-follow guide, even if you're new to using VR!

  1. On the core menu, select the "create issue" button.

  1. The button will turn blue to show this feature is active.

  2. Use your right controller with a yellow circle at the end to point at your issue.

  3. Press “select” on your controller by pushing the trigger to place your issue.

  1. Once placed, the issues console will open for you to fill in the Title, Description, and Type.

  • Issues can also be created by clicking on the “create Issue” button in the issues console. This will enable the same create issue tool flow as laid out above.

  • Good news for those who prefer speaking over typing — voice to text functionality is available for your convenience!

  • To review new and existing issues, simply click on the issue icon in the core menu.
