Ports and domains required to access online services for Autodesk Fusion.
Configuring Firewall or Proxy servers
To check the status of any ports and domains used in Fusion, run the Network Diagnostic Test Command from Fusion Service Utility. Then work with the network administrator to determine the proper procedure to configure the network for access to these ports and domains:
Note: There are known limitations when authenticating a proxy server using the 'Negotiate', 'NTLM', or 'Kerberos' protocols. The only workaround is to add the affected hosts to the proxy server's exception list.
Required Ports
- 80
- 443
Required Domains
Unrestricted access to the following domains (the following domains have anonymous access through the proxy server for installation):
- *.autodesk.com
- *.autodesk360.com
- *.cloudfront.net
Copy and paste the following into your exceptions list:
*.autodesk.com; *.autodesk360.com; *.cloudfront.net
Fusion may contact the following servers during normal operations:
- *.akamai.com
- akamaitechnologies.com
- *.amazonaws.com
- api.hcaptcha.com
- damassets.net
- google-analytics.com
- googletagmanager.com
- *.launchdarkly.com
- *.library.io
- mcmaster.com
- pndsn.com
- pubnub.com
- requirejs.org
- tracepartsonline.net
Copy and paste the following into your exceptions list:
*.akamai.com; akamaitechnologies.com; *.amazonaws.com; api.hcaptcha.com; damassets.net; google-analytics.com; googletagmanager.com; *.launchdarkly.com; *.library.io; mcmaster.com; pndsn.com; pubnub.com; requirejs.org; tracepartsonline.net
Note: Proxy applications may require special notation (for example, *.*.autodesk.com) to enable wildcards for the domains. Some domains have dynamic IP addresses, any exceptions added to firewalls or proxy servers must configured by domain name and not the IP address.
The following domains may need to be called out specifically if your anti-virus or firewall software does not fully support wildcards (click to show list)
- accounts.autodesk.com
- *.api.autodesk.com
- *.appstreaming.autodesk.com
- appstreaming.autodesk.com
- autodesk360.com
- fusionapi.autodesk.com

- notifications.api.autodesk.com
- *.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
- *.s3.amazonaws.com
- signin.autodesk.com
- ui-dls360.autodesk.com
Copy and paste the following into your exceptions list:
accounts.autodesk.com; *.api.autodesk.com; *.appstreaming.autodesk.com; appstreaming.autodesk.com; autodesk360.com; fusionapi.autodesk.com; idp.auth.autodesk.com; notifications.api.autodesk.com; *.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com; *.s3.amazonaws.com; signin.autodesk.com; ui-dls360.autodesk.com
