Issue:
A Fusion Project Administrator (or moderator) is no longer with the company. One or more of the following can be seen, or needs to be accomplished:- The Project Administrator needs to be reassigned.
- The Project Administrator is unable to approve Project access requests.
- Individuals no longer with the company need to be removed from the Hub.
Solution:
Project Admins can be assigned by Fusion Team Administrators:- Have the Team Admin give team members Project Administrator rights through the steps here: Changing or assigning admin rights on projects of an existing hub in Fusion.
- If the Team Admin is no longer with the company, see: Team Admin of Fusion Hub is no longer with the company.
- Remove the previous Project Admin from the hub, see: Remove or deactivate account from a Fusion Team Hub
