Issue:
After exporting settings from AutoCAD, when trying to open the resulting ZIP file, it is empty. The file is between 3.5 and 7 MB, but no files or folders are visible.
Solution:
The Windows operating system sees the ZIP file from AutoCAD as an empty archive. If a ZIP utility such as WinZIP or WinRAR is used to extract it, the files will be there. However, there is no need to extract it as the AutoCAD settings import utility will work directly with the ZIP.
