Control visibility during Edit In Place
Use the Visibility Control tool to control component visibility and appearance during Edit In Place in Fusion.
In the Browser, click Edit In Place next to an external component to activate it
.At the top of the canvas, open the Edit In Place menu.
Click Visibility Control
.Edit In Place Visibility Control dialog displays.
Turn on or off the Visibility to show or hide referenced objects.
Set the Opacity to set transparency for referenced objects.
Turn on or off the Visibility to show or hide non-referenced objects.
Set the Opacity to set transparency for non-referenced objects.
Choose the Visual Style for non-referenced objects:
- Shaded with Visible Edges
- Shaded
- Wireframe with Visible Edges
- Wireframe
Optional: Select the Override Component Colors checkbox to apply the desired visibility and style settings even if components have custom appearances.
Continue your edits.
Click Finish Edit In Place when finished.
