Add or remove libraries from your Place Panel

Use the Electronics Library Manager to add component libraries to the Place Panel so you can access and place components from them in your Fusion electronics designs. You can also deactivate libraries to hide those you do not wish to see.

Prerequisites

• Open the Electronics Library Manager

Steps

1. In the Electronics Library Manager, navigate to the Hub Libraries, Public Libraries, or Private Libraries tab to find the library you want to add.
2. In the Active column, click the toggle for any library you want to use in the Place Panel.
3. A circle with a check mark indicates the library has been successfully downloaded.
4. Repeat for any other libraries you want to add to the Place Panel.

Expected result

The activated libraries now appear in the Place Panel, making their components available for placement in your electronics designs.
