Manage default preferences in Electronics

Add, delete, and restore default preference values for each of the default object types.

1. Click the '+' (plus) icon to add a default value.
2. Select a row and click the 'X' icon to delete the selected option.
3. Click the reset button to restore the defaults for the associated option.
