Create a custom library from a Fusion Electronics library

Use an existing Fusion Electronics library to use as a basis for your own custom library.

1. On the Application bar at the top of the window, click File > New Electronics Library to open a new Untitled tab on the Application bar.

2. In the untitled library, click Open > Open Library Manager to open the Library Manager.

3. In the Library Manager, search or filter for a library to use as a basis for the new library.

4. In the Results list, right-click the chosen library and click Edit New Linked Library to open it.

   Note: If Edit New Linked Library is not an option, change the status of the library to In Use, and try again after the check mark appears.

5. On the Application bar at the top of the window, click File > Save As to open the Save As dialog.

6. In the Save As dialog, name the library, and choose where to save it.

7. Click Save to accept the changes and close the dialog.
