Returns the specified palette using an index into the collection.
Syntax
"palettes_var" is a variable referencing a Palettes object.returnValue = palettes_var.item(index) |
"palettes_var" is a variable referencing a Palettes object.

Returns the specified item or null if an invalid index was specified. |
