Gateways
A Fusion Machine Connect Gateway is a program installed on a shop floor computer that connects Fusion Machine Connect in the Fusion web client and machines on the shop floor.

Setup overview
To set up a gateway you need:
- A shop floor computer that meets the minimum system requirements (below)
- One or more Fusion Machine Connect licenses
- A Fusion Machine Connect-compatible CNC machine that's connected to the shop floor computer
Workflow overview:
- Set up a location for your shop floor computer.
- Install the Gateway software on the computer.
- Establish wired or wireless connections between your CNC machines and the shop floor computer.
Once you install Fusion Machine Connect Gateway and connect the machines to the shop floor computer, you can set up a connection for each machine profile in Fusion Machine Connect to the gateway and their corresponding physical machines on the shop floor.

To install Fusion Machine Connect Gateway on your shop floor computer, make sure it meets the minimum requirements:
