Machine status view
The Machine status view gives you real-time visibility into your shop floor operations. This dashboard shows the current status of all connected machines and provides insights into their performance over time.
Use the Machine status view to:
- Monitor the overall distribution of machine statuses across all connected machines.
- View individual machine performance with detailed status breakdowns.
- Compare different time periods to identify trends and patterns.
- Analyze machine efficiency and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Export status data for further analysis and reporting.
Status summary
The Status summary section shows the overall distribution of machine statuses during the selected time period:
- Running (green): Machine actively running a program
- Idle (orange): Machines connected but not currently running
- Stopped (red): Machines that have stopped operation
- Not connected (grey): Machines that are offline or disconnected
The summary uses a horizontal bar chart with color-coded segments to quickly identify the proportion of time spent in each status across all machines.
Status by machine
The Status by machine section displays individual pie-chart for each connected machine. Each chart shows:
- The percentage of time spent in each operational status
- Color-coded segments matching the status summary
- Machine names for easy identification
This section helps you identify which specific machines may need attention or optimization.
Export functionality
Export machine status data directly from the dashboard:
- Generate CSV reports with detailed status information
- Select specific machines or all machines for export
- Use exported data for further analysis in spreadsheet applications
