Update Gateway installation

Update Fusion Machine Connect Gateway on your shop floor computer in Fusion Machine Connect.

Download latest version

1. On the Machines page, click Connections.

   The Connections page displays.

2. In the list of Gateways, locate the Gateway you want to update.

3. In the Actions column, click More to display a list of options.

4. Click Download the latest version.

   The latest version of the Gateway software downloads to your computer.

5. If you download the software to a computer that is not the Gateway computer on the shop floor, save the installer file to a USB drive and transfer it to the Gateway computer.

6. Verify that there are no ongoing file transfers.

7. On the Gateway computer, close the Gateway program.

   Any on-going file transfers are interrupted and data collection is paused.

8. On the Gateway computer, install the software update.

The Fusion Machine Connect Gateway software is updated.

When you open the updated version of Fusion Machine Connect Gateway, the machines connections will come back online and the machine statuses will be visible in Fusion Machine Connect.
