Create a change task
Change tasks are created within the context of a change request (CR) or change order (CO) using the Task Planning tab. This tab enables you to capture all task details first before initiating them.
- On the Dashboard, under My Outstanding Work, select the change order or change request you want to create a task for.
- Select the Task Planning tab, select Add, and enter an ID,Title, and any other information you want to include.
- Click Save.
- Optionally, if you want to send the task to its assignee, from the Workflow actions drop-down, select Initiate Tasks, fill out any additional information, and click Confirm.
