View the workflow map

The workflow map shows the overall change order workflow and indicates the current state of the change order.

1. On the change order, click the Approval Workflow tab.

   The workflow map opens.

2. Use the view tools to reposition the map, zoom in and out, and view the workflow history.

   	Fit in window
   	Center on current state
   	Zoom in
   	Zoom out
   	Show workflow history
   Drag	Reposition the map
