Work with due dates

Use due dates to track the progress of your change orders.

Add due dates to a change order

  1. On the change order, click the Due Dates tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Workflow State column, select a workflow state to associate with the new due date.
  4. In the Milestone Event column, select either Enter state or Leave state, to reflect a transition to or from the workflow state.
  5. Select a target date for reaching the milestone event.
  6. Enter a number of days before the target date to define a warning period for the milestone.
  7. Enter the percentage of progress through the workflow at the completion of this milestone.
  8. Click Save.

Make changes to due dates

  1. On the change order, click the Due Dates tab.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Do any of the following:

    • Edit the settings for existing due dates.
    • Click Add to add new due dates.
    • Select due dates to delete and then click Remove.
  4. Click Save.
