Work with charts

Fusion Manage Extension

This feature is part of an extension. Extensions are a flexible way to access additional capabilities in Fusion. Learn more.

Charts is your personalized view of the data you care about presented in real-time charts. The Charts section is empty until you or your team starts creating process management data.

Enable charts

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. In the Charts header, click ... .

  3. Enable a chart to display it on the dashboard. The dashboard can display up to nine charts, including:

    • COs by Reason for Change
    • COs by Workflow State
    • Pending COs by Workflow State
    • Designs Undergoing Change
    • Designs by Lifecycle State
    • Drawings Undergoing Change
    • Drawings by Lifecycle State
  4. Click Save.

View charts

Inside the Charts panel, you can view individual charts and their data in different forms.

  • Place the pointer over a portion of a chart element to open a tool tip describing that portion.
  • Click expand chart to expand the chart into a separate window.
    • For pie charts, select how the data is displayed from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner.
    • To view the chart full-screen, print it, or save an image of it, click chart menu below the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner.
