Work with bookmarks

Fusion Manage requires a separate license and can be used with Fusion or independently. Learn more.

In the Dashboard, My Bookmarks is your list of important and favorite items that you have bookmarked. The list includes items from all workspaces to which you have access.

Add a bookmark

  1. Open the item.
  2. In the item header, click the bookmark toggle bookmark.
  3. Optionally, enter a comment for the bookmark and then click Add Comment.

Remove a bookmark

  • In the My Bookmarks panel, click the bookmark toggle remove bookmark.

  1. Open a bookmarked item.
  2. In the item header, click the bookmark toggle bookmark.

Open a bookmark

  • Click the item name to open the item directly.
  • Click the workspace name to open the workspace containing the bookmarked item.
