Edit design item details

You can edit the part descriptor of a design item. Changes made to the part descriptor are reflected only on the design item and do not affect the part name or design file name.
In the Fusion Browser, select the item.
In the Manage toolbar, in the Process Management group, click Details
.
The Details page opens in a browser window in Fusion Manage.
Click Edit.
In the Part Descriptor field, enter a new part descriptor.
Click Save.
