Review change logs

Fusion Manage Extension

This feature is part of an extension. Extensions are a flexible way to access additional capabilities in Fusion. Learn more.

Use the Change Log tab to show the history of changes made to a design item, drawing item, or change order.

  1. Open a design item, drawing item, or change order.

  2. Click the Change Log tab.

    The Change Log tab shows the:

    • date and time of the change
    • name of the team member who made the change
    • action that was performed
    • automatically generated description of the change
  3. Click a column header to sort the log by that column. Click the header again to toggle between ascending and descending order. By default, the log is sorted by Date Time.

  4. Click a team member's name in the Changed By column to view contact information and to send that person e-mail.
