Fusion Manage Extension

This feature is part of an extension. Extensions are a flexible way to access additional capabilities in Fusion. Learn more.

These tutorials guide you through the administration and everyday use of the Fusion Manage Extension.

Note:

These tutorials assume you have the full change management experience in your Fusion Manage Extension site. If this is not the case, contact your Autodesk representative to find out more.

Administrator tutorials

This first set of tutorials is for administrators only and should be completed in the order they are listed as the next tutorial builds on what you complete in previous tutorial.

   
Manage Extension set up and UI overview Tutorial 1: Fusion Manage Extension Set Up and UI Overview

In this tutorial, you'll explore some key concepts for understanding the Fusion Manage Extension, activate your Manage Extension site, and then navigate the Fusion Manage Extension user interface.
Basic administration Tutorial 2: Basic administration

In this tutorial, you'll explore the different workspace types, set up item numbering schemes, and explore lifecycle states.
User management Tutorial 3: User management

In this tutorial, you'll invite users to your site, configure groups, and manage user access.

User tutorials

The second set of tutorials are for non-administrative Fusion Manage Extension team members. Since you will be working in your production site, you'll need to make sure you organize the data you create in a separate project or folder than other production data. This will enable you to filter out data created during these tutorials. You should complete them in the order they are listed as the next tutorial builds on what you complete in previous tutorials.

Your administrator should complete their tutorials so that specific settings are in place before you complete these tutorials.

Item numbers and properties Tutorial 2: Item numbering and properties

In this tutorial, you'll explore the purpose of a change request and carry out the necessary steps to progress a change request through its workflow.
