Fit curves to mesh sections

The Fit Curves to Mesh Section tool in the Sketch > Create panel lets you fit sketch curves to a section line created from a mesh body by the Create Mesh Section Sketch tool, in order to reverse-engineer a mesh in Fusion.

Note: Before you can create sketch geometry, you must use the Create Sketch tool to create a new sketch or right-click an existing sketch and select Edit Sketch to enter the Sketch contextual environment.

Fit Curves to Mesh Section

The Fit Curves to Mesh Section tool fits curves to a section line in a section sketch created from a mesh body by the Create Mesh Section Sketch tool.

Choose the sketch curve type, then click to place the start point and end point along the mesh section line.

You can create multiple curves within the same tool with various join conditions.
