The Sheet Metal Fillet
and Sheet Metal Chamfer
are features for creating rounded and beveled edges on sheet metal parts.
These commands are designed specifically for fabrication-ready geometry. They work only on edges that represent the material thickness of sheet metal flanges. This constraint reduces selection errors and makes it easier to target small thickness edges.

Sheet Metal Fillet
rounds thickness edges using a specified radius. It is typically used to remove sharp corners, which can help reduce localized stress and improve edge finishing or coating consistency.
Sheet Metal Chamfer
bevels thickness edges by a specified distance. It is commonly used to improve safety, reduce edge stress, and help sheet metal parts fit and assemble more easily with other components.
