On my computer, changing the unit settings updates the display to either unit , meaning if I typed 3" in imperial and changed to metric, the display shows 76.2 mm.

For example, if this were AutoCAD, you would need to open up the drawing and change units inside of AutoCAD. Then save the file and re upload it.

I wanted to see if I could then change units to MM, which worked fine.
