On the toolbar, select Export > Export DWG . The Export DWG dialog displays.

Export DWG The Export DWG command exports the sheets in a drawing as a DWG file in the AutoCAD 2013 file format.

You can also use the commands in the Export panel on the toolbar to export sheets to PDF, DWG , or DXF.

So click and view all the out of date sheets to make sure they get updated as you can't export your drawing as PDF and AutoCAD DWG files unless all the sheets in your drawing are up to date.
