During PCD development I placed a couple of headers as on the attached screenshot.

When I actually drew the gears initially however I rounded my numbers for OD, PCD and base. The actual numbers I got and then used are: Module 2.381, Teeth 21, Pressure Angle 20, OD 54.76 (55), PCD 50 (50), base 44.28 (45) This gear is the one I don't believe I got right.

I may be more conservative then it "can" be, but we also dont ever scrap any parts on .005" PCD /location tolerances and the chips break.

But for this job, I have 94 slots on a pcd I need to do. I have tried a tool path on my actual model and cannot get one.
