The Fusion Simulation Extension includes the following: Simulation — Perform a wide range of simulation studies to understand how your design behaves under specific conditions.

You can refine a mesh by changing settings for the Process Simulation study. So that you can be more confident of the simulated result, keep resolving the additive process simulation using a successively finer mesh until convergence is achieved.

The process simulation can be solved.

Displacement compensation uses the results from a solved Process Simulation study to create an .stl file or a .3mf file.
