Intersecting points or duplicate geometries (normal or construction lines) Try one of the following; Convert the part to a body if it is a surface by using the Stich command. Flip the Extents direction of the hole: Recreate a New solid body or repair an existing body.

i think i figured out how to do it you have to export stl, and import stl to autodesk fusion360 and then when you open it up you should possibly see repair option on meshbody of stl file and choose repair, ( stich and remove) click 3d bodies, then export again as f3d file thank you hope this helps somebody else!

Delete all the top surfaces (probably you will have to use delete tool more than one time since there are some hidden surfaces bellow)(Delete Tool) Stich the patch with all the surfaces(stitch tool) Finally, use surface Loft to create the top surface connecting the cylinder (profile1) to the base (profile 2)(surface loft Tool) Stitch both surfaces (the loft surface and the rest of the remaining surfaces), and you will get the final solid.
