Change management
The Change Management template in Fusion Manage helps you manage changes efficiently and quickly. You and your team can capture root causes, evaluate possible changes to address problems, and document required changes.
When you use this template, you keep all stakeholders informed about upcoming changes at the right time. Everyone can access real-time information about change progress and use it to manage electronic approvals. It provides full traceability for all activities, enabling real-time KPI analysis and audit-ready change documentation.
Important: This template replaces the previous Change Management processes delivered with the default site. If your site does not contain any production data and you want to use this template, uninstall the previous Change Management processes before installing this one. If Change Management is already live in your site, you should not install this template as it will only create copies of workspaces, not update existing ones. Contact your implementation partner to learn how you can benefit from the new features.
