Activity 4: Review released data

In this activity, you'll review how a completed change order has affected its connected change request and problem report. You'll also review the released items.

Steps

  1. Open the Change Request.

    • From the completed change order, in the Summary section, click the change request link.

    • Notice that it has moved to the Completed state automatically now that the change order has been approved and completed.

  2. Open the Problem Report.

    • From the completed change request, in the Related Processes section, click the problem report link.

    • Notice that it has moved to the Completed state automatically now that the change request has been completed.

  3. View the released drawing in the Fusion desktop client and ensure the Manage properties have updated correctly.

    1. From the Data Panel, expand the details below the drawing.

    2. Click History.

    3. From the History panel, click the three-dot menu beside the latest revision and select Open.

      The released drawing opens. You should see that the Manage properties for the model and drawing have updated.
