Exercise 12: Export the Road

Export the proposed road to IMX format, which you can import into Autodesk Civil 3D.

To export the road

1. Click .
2. In the Export dialog box, click Define Interactively and choose Polygon or BBox.
3. In the model, draw a polygon or box around the road to export. Double-click to finish defining the area to export.

   Autodesk InfraWorks 360 returns you to the Export dialog box.

4. Enter a location and name for the exported file and click Export.
