Exercise 9: Create a Proposal and Add a Road

Create a proposal and add a road to it

1. Click .
2. In the Proposals panel, click to add a proposal.
3. Enter a name and description for the proposal and click OK.
4. To add a road, zoom to the area for the new road.
5. Click .
6. Click to create a starting point.
   Note: If you have the Roadway Design entitlement, click the middle of an existing road as a starting point to also create an intersection.
7. Click where you want each vertex.

   In this example, draw the first segment of the road from an existing road to the foot of a hill. Draw a second segment that goes over the hill to the other side.

8. When you click the end point for the road, press Enter to complete the drawing, or double-click.
