To set expression display options

You can set the following display options for expressions:

• Display the buttons that show expression templates every time you start creating an expression.
• Show or hide tooltips.

Note:

You can also save or load expressions from the Options drop-down. For more information, see Save and Reuse Expressions.

To display the buttons that show expression templates

• Select the command for which you want to create an expression.
• Click Getting Started (at the bottom of the window).

To show or hide tooltips

1. Select the command for which you want to create an expression.
2. Click Options (at the bottom of the window).
3. Click Show Tool Tips.
4. Click OK.
