Custom iProperties

Displays custom iProperties for the selected part, assembly, drawing, or template file. Custom iProperties are used to classify and manage Autodesk Inventor files, search for files, and create reports.

Access:
	In Autodesk Inventor View, select File iProperties, and then click the Custom tab. You can also access the iProperties in Autodesk Inventor View by right-clicking the component in the browser, and then selecting Properties from the context menu. From Windows Explorer, select an Autodesk Inventor file, right-click, and then select iProperties from the menu. Click the Custom tab.

Name	Specifies a name for a new custom property or selects an existing custom property for editing. Enter the name or click the arrow and select from the list.
Type	Sets the data type for the property. Click the arrow and select from the list.
Value	Specifies the value for the property in the selected file. The value must conform to the selected data type.
Properties	Displays the custom iProperties currently defined in the selected file.
Add/Modify	Updates the Properties List with the changes to Name, Type, or Value.
Delete	Deletes the selected property from the Properties list.
